Garage Door Repair Workout
Working on garage doors is a tough job, but luckily, I work with a personal trainer. I told him about the sort of things I do on a daily basis as part of my job, and he developed a workout that will help me with a lot of this.
So what does that look like?
Well, we do a lot of shoulder exercises like the “Military Press.”
We also do a lot of rowing exercises, in addition to squats and deadlifts. No silly arm exercises for me! I do the good stuff!
